Manage subscription

Geniebook is an annual subscription where you can access worksheets, watch online lessons and get your questions answered by teachers. As you study and practise on Geniebook, you can accumulate rewards in the form of bubbles, streaks and badges to make learning fun and accessible to young learners.

 

How can I check my subscriptions details?

  1. Tap on Settings

  2. Under Subscription, tap on the subscription that you’d like to view 

  3. You’ll be able to see what your current plan includes, the plan’s expiry date or next payment date

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Geniebook subscription anytime via Student Web.

  1. Tap on Settings

  2. Under Subscription, tap on the subscription that you would like to cancel

  3. Tap Cancel subscription

 

What this means: Your Geniebook subscription will continue until your next billing date, after which, your account will switch to a free trial. You will still be able to log in to your account after your subscription ends, but you would not be able to create worksheets, access lessons and bubbles or chat with teachers and friends.

 

I’ve changed my mind, how do I reactivate my subscription?

If your subscription has not yet ended, you can reactivate your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Tap on Account

  2. Under Subscription, tap on the subscription that you would like to cancel

  3. Tap Reactivate subscription

 

What this means: Your account will auto-renew on the date of subscription expiry, where you will be automatically charged at the next billing date to avoid losing access to Geniebook’s features.

 

There’s no option to cancel my subscription, what do I do?

If you made payment via cash, bank transfer or PayNow, your subscription will not auto-renew. Please contact Geniebook here if you wish to continue your subscription.
